Misc. Notes This file is part of the Merton-Ourtext Project.
The pages have been arranged 2-up in imposition (booklet) order for duplex printing on A3 paper and require an A3 printer. Alternatively, this work can be mail-ordered from Ourtext's website. Ourtext prints have undergone editing, and legibility and accuracy can be expected to be superior to Merton archive files displayed here. 12th trio not because this is Krommer's 12th trio, but because this is the 12th trio in a collection, trios from "la collection de l'école moderne" published by Richault (all of which share the same plate 525, it seems. Another is Praeger's trio op.14 in E major.)

Sometimes called Divertimento (for its resemblance to Mozart's K563- whose title "Divertimento" is (also?) not authentic?- and other similar multi-movement, multi-minuet works - the movement scheme does resemble that of a "typical" divertimento or serenade, it's true? - maybe?)

Steiner publication of this work reviewed in the March 1818 Allgemeine musikalische Zeitung, pp. 115-116.

Also, Sieber père published this in 1820 - Publication noted in the Bibliographie de la France 1e série, 9e année (23e de la collection), Nº 47, 18 novembre 1820, p.650, r.552.
