André Hekking was a cellist who lived 1866–1925. He was also a dedicatee of Moór's Largo Op.105, Pierné's Sonata Op.46, and Saint-Saëns' Prière, Op.158. (His brother Anton and cousin Gerard were also well-known and show up on this site as dedication-recipients...)
