Extra Information Piano score dated February 8, 1917. Orchestration not dated-- 1917 or 1918 presumably... Overall manuscript dated 11 a.m., 11/11 1918, either because work was completed then or perhaps in honor of the Armistice (which was at that time as well as that day). See Wikipedia.
