English premiere was under Hans Richter, May 24 1886 (see A Dictionary of Music and Musicians/D'Albert, Charles (1900 edition; another source, from 1886, notes that this was the first time in England. I believe the Richter concerts were in London but am not sure?) - Fifield's Richter biography confirms that this was the world premiere.
