The second movement exists in two versions, both with tempo Molto moderato (revised in 1916.)
If there's a published version of the 4th symphony I'm guessing DR.dk has it... DKB has: "Ms. Autogr. Afskr. 1) Skitse, 2) Orkesterskizze til Dmoll Symfoni. 3) Part. 11/9 1906, Tidsvilde Lunde, 4) Orkesterstemmer, 5) Kl.-Udt. 4-H. 19/9 05. Tisvilde Lunde."
