According to the cpebach.org online preface, does not exist in an autograph score or parts, but in a copy of the parts perhaps made by Holstein (in the possession of SBBerlin - "Sinfonia G♯ a 4 : violino primo. violino secondo. viola e basso".) (Harvard copy of this source.) The date 1741 is from the 1790 catalog of CPE Bach's music.
