Usage:
The first variable should be either s or p, singular or plural, depending on how many sound files were improperly submitted. The second variable should be the name of the user you are sending the message to, and the third variable should be your signature (~~~~ does not work in the WikiForum).

Hi User! Unfortunately, the sound file you uploaded was not in fact added to the work page you tried to submit it to, and therefore has been removed. This may be because of the upload form not being completely filled out, or not giving your signature after pressing the 'Submit' button. In the future, please take the time to make sure that the forms are completely filled out and that the process is completed (a page should come up with 'Success'). Thanks, Admin
