I'd add _translations_ since a number of works are PD-US-only because of the presence of people who are non-PD-CA as translators; editors, depending on the degree of their edits have been omitted and I understand legally if not necessarily in principle why (and I could argue with some of our choices but probably with the law's (laws') understanding too- ah well...) but I don't want the omission of translators from the list here to give people the wrong impression (not that they shouldn't consult material elsewhere on the site first and -foremost-...)
