The Library of Congress has pointed out that at least some songs attributed by many to James Hotchkiss Rogers, but which on their cover just say "James H. Rogers", may be by James Henderson Rogers, a contemporary; they have brought in people who know the music of the two composers well to make suggestions as to which belongs to who (the first was better known for his organ music, the latter for his band music, but as to songs, it's a question...) - Schissel
