Neither WorldCat, nor the Bibliothèque national de France, give an original instrumentation. The only available edition seems to be the guitar arrangement by Meissonnier. Further, the Wikipedia:Adolphe Miné biography lists this as a "sérenade". Nocturne seems to be specific to the arrangement. However, since there is no citation for this, and there seems to be no published version of the original, it will remain tagged "nocturnes" unless an original verifies some other genre.
