Serial Numbers

All my engravings include a serial number, such as VIC01241, which is made up of four parts:

VIC -- 01 -- 24 -- 1

This stands for "Victor's -- 1st engraving -- of 2024 -- version 1". Note that later versions correct errors, so a serial number ending in a 2 would be a newer and better version of one ending in a 1. As of 9 August 2024, none of my engravings have a version 2; they are all version 1.

Enhance Thin Lines

Sibelius's ties and slurs render poorly on most desktop monitors. To fix this, try turning off the "Enhance Thin Lines" setting in your PDF viewer. This setting is found under Edit > Preferences > Page Display in Adobe Acrobat. Note that scores print correctly regardless of these settings.
