Dear Philip, Is the score you just added your own typeset? Please advise ASAP since we delete unattributed typesets in 24 hours or less unless the uploader is the typesetter, or there is clear proof the item was released under a Creative Commons or similar license. It is my own version of it... Well, I am new at this. It is my arrangement of a public domain version of it. I'm somewhat confused as to how this all works. Forgive me! Thanks! --Philip Addison Jones

As it says on the tin. Previous instances of the page had been speedily deleted, as there were no works there. Now there is. Philip @ © talk 04:16, 2 June 2011 (UTC)
I was planning on finishing my new typesets by now, but my awesome computer had a virus and I have to wait a few weeks to get it back because we had to ship it to Texas. Only one of the six songs were backed up online, so it will be awhile until I can finish. Sorry for the inconvenience!!! ---Philip Addison Jones @ © talk 20:56, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
Hi Pjones. Once you complete the test, you can email your answers to Carolus and he will give you your score. Cheers, KGill talk email 22:06, 23 July 2011 (UTC)
Hi Pjones235, and thanks for your helpful efforts to upload files here for the WIMA merge project. Unfortunately, since you did not use the proper WIMA automated file uploader, which is linked to on every work page ("Upload from external sources: Sibley, WIMA, FTP"), I regret that your uploads will have to be removed. The purpose of using the automatic uploader is to automatically log each file transferred; this cannot be done using the normal file submitter, and it is essential for the successful completion of the project. Thanks, KGill talk email 02:21, 1 September 2011 (UTC)

Re-read my first contribution to this subthread; previously added/manually transferred files need to be added to IMSLP:WIMA/Log by pasting URLs as I described. Cheers, Phi1ip 01:48, 10 September 2011 (UTC)
Hello Pjones235
If you continue transferring WIMA contributions to IMSLP then please make sure to transfer engraving files along with the pdf scores and make sure to transfer sound files using the dedicated special page for WIMA sound files. And please don't mark contributors completed before all file types have been transferred

Hi Pjones. Please remember to put all three tags in when applicable - type of piece, instrumentation, and language (if it has one). On À ce Joly Moys de May (Janequin, Clément), for instance, you only put in the instrumentation - the correct tag is actually 'chansons ; ch sop alt ten bass ; fr'; on Abide with Me (Monk, William Henry), you left out the language, and also I think it would be better to put in two alternate instrumentations (so it would be 'hymns ; ch sop alt ten bass ; ch sop alt ten bass pf ; en'); and on Ballade 2, Op.11 (Fries, Albin), you just put the 'pf' tag, although the type of piece should also be tagged, viz. 'ballades ; pf'. Please remember to fill in all three when applicable - in almost all situations you'll end up with at least two (piece type and instrumentation). Hi Pjones235. Thanks for lending a hand with the copyright information project, there are a number of things that you can do. I notice that you are not yet a copyright reviewer, so I'm not sure whether I can officially make you a team member. Carolus is really in charge of everything, so I think you'll have to ask him. There are a number of things that we would love to have you help us with though. For example, editing is very important - my conventions aren't always the best. Also, any ideas on how to improve any aspect of this project are welcome. If you really want to help write a page, feel free to make an outline and one of our experienced copyright project members can check along the way. Please feel free to contact either me or Carolus if you have any questions. Respectfully yours, Emery 03:42, 4 January 2012 (UTC)
