Extra Information	According to the French Wikipedia article, this piece was written for piano 4 hands rather than arranged for that setting. The BnF work listing states that it is for piano 4 hands, and was orchestrated in 1908. BnF also holds the autograph manuscript, but it lists 1916 as the year for orchestration. It would be helpful to confirm the original setting from another source.
