Publication tends to state "3 sonatas" on the title page, but only contains the one sonata, unnumbered.
Frey's re-issue adds "Violoncelle ou Basson" beneath "Violon obligé" - implying that the solo part may alternatively be played by cello or bassoon.
(In fact, a sonata Op.69, not referred to as part of a group of 3, with the same dedicatee (Noailles) and in the same key as the Sibley sonata above (G minor), was reviewed in the February 1808 AMZ (as published by Breitkopf und Härtel), on page 336.)
