Born Stralsund, which was Swedish in 1776 - dedicated his op.2 string quartet to the King of Sweden. Died Pressburg/Pozsóny/Bratislava in 1820, a country of many nationalities at many times. De Wikipedia lists him at Austrian. (Not quite yet Czech in 1820, I think.)
