Since his Op.17 appeared around April 1819 (acc. to the AMZ Intelligenzblatt) and was reviewed around September 1819 in that magazine, perhaps Op.12 was published in the earlier 1810s. (His symphony op.10 is mentioned in AMZ in 1811.)
