Extra Information
|
Later arranged by the composer for choir, string orchestra and timpani (1947). Grove Music lists the string orchestra/timpani version as an arrangement. They do not mention a children's choir version. What is meant by the "children's choir version" is that the parts can be sung by either a female chorus or a children's chorus. Not a true version, but an optional difference in performing forces.
