Since there are "solo" and "chorus" designations in this, it cannot be for 2 voices alone, despite the "for 2 equal voices" on the title page. The solos seem to be no more than 12 bars at a time. Thus, these are probably soloists from within the chorus, and overall for male or female chorus with keyboard.
