Extra Information Intended for publication in 1916 but not published until a 1960 edition was made based on the revised manuscript in S&B's bomb-damaged archives. (Dibble, p.430.) Pierpont Morgan's source has "n.d.[1870-1924]" but "ca.1916" seems more likely, and after 1916 is very unlikely based on Dibble's information.
