MPH issued this in 2015 with a preface by Dean Cáceres (item 1769.) (See MPH.)

Toccata Classics gives 1856 for composition date. There are 2 recordings as of March 2017, on Toccata Classics and on Sterling. The autograph is dated 1857 and is digitized, so one supposes neither 1856 (Toccata) nor 1858 (Musicweb) is quite right... (but there are autograph sketches dated as early as 1856.)
