Renewed by "L. Strack" in 1883, according to the cover of that edition, and republished by Cleveland: S. Brainard's Sons (perhaps not the same L. Strack- other L. Stracks, like Lillian Strack, are recorded in the 19th century who may be relevant in music; or might be Louis Strack (Jr.). Still, if the same, may extend the fl. date substantially (and so much for Ludwig Strack, who died well before).
